Flotation Cells Tank

Flotation cells are process units that generate air bubbles within a liquid medium (typically water) to facilitate the separation of minerals that selectively attach to these bubbles. The design of flotation cells is based on the surface properties of minerals (hydrophobic or hydrophilic) and is optimized according to mineral density, particle characteristics, and specific process conditions. The primary function of flotation cells is to separate valuable minerals from slurry, effectively distinguishing them from waste materials. Our flotation cells can be manufactured with capacities ranging from 5 to 160 m³.
