The XX. Balkan Mineral Processing Congress (BMPC) will be jointly hosted by Mineral Processing Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University and Turkish Mining Development Foundation in Tüyap Palas Hotel (İstanbul) on 9-11th April, 2026. BMPC will bring together distinguished engineers, leading scientists, prominent manufacturers, and industry professionals, providing a multidisciplinary platform for discussing scientific and technical developments as well as innovations in the field. Additionally, the Mining Türkiye 2026 Fair will be held concurrently at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, in hall 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 as well as the outdoor exhibition area.

The synergy created by these concurrently organized events will encourage a much broader national and international participation, including academics, public and private sector representatives, and manufacturing companies, while also fostering the establishment of strong professional connections.
The congress will comprehensively address the scientific, technical, and operational aspects of mineral and mining processing.
