HIGH PRESSURE SINGLE FLUID DUST SUPRESSION SYSTEM

In situations where a change of systems becomes necessary, there follows an important decision making process which is influenced by the reasons to prefer single-fluid dust suppression systems that work with only high-pressurized water. Water consumption of these systems is equal to water consumption of dry fog systems (air-water pressurizedsystems). • There is no need for pressurized air, nozzles are being supplied by only a single water hose line. Unlike air-water pressurized dry fog systems, there is no need for separate supplylines for water and air at every nozzle. Unlike air-water pressurized dry fogsystems, there is no need toset separately adjustingpressurizedair and water. Low operation costs; there is no compressor and there are less amount ofcomponents within the system. It is easy to fix the equipment in case of a malfunctioning; due to the single fluid technology the design not only uses less amount of components the actual structure is not complicated at all. Maintenance of the system is incredibly simple due to a straight forward design. Since only the high-pressurized pump is used, energy consumption is lower (4-6kW).
