BALLEX products can be manufactured in various sizes ranging from 16 mm to 125 mm, in different chemical compositions based on customer requirements.
The raw materials to be included in the production process are evaluated and approved through meticulous and comprehensive incoming inspection procedures.
Steel rods heated in induction and/or natural-gas-fired furnaces are prepared for rolling with a homogeneous and fully controlled heat distribution.
High-quality heat treatment is applied with precision, with all processes managed flawlessly through an automation system that controls the temperature.
Through the continuous heat treatment process, each ball is subjected to the same temperature parameters, ensuring homogeneous and standardized hardness distribution across all products.
