Sidewall and Cleated Conveyor Belts

Batıbant sidewall conveyor belts are designed to enable the steep incline transport of materials at angles ranging from 0 to 90 without spillage. Highly flexible and durable corrugated sidewalls and cleats are perfectly bonded to the base belt using cold or hot vulcanization methods. These belts allow for high-capacity conveying in confined spaces, eliminating the need for transfer points in the transport of grain, fertilizer, coal, and fine minerals. Thanks to a special cross-rigid carcass structure, the belt prevents sagging during pulley transitions and on the return path, ensuring long-lasting performance.
