Product Description
G33MnCrMo5, G33Mn4, SCMnCr4B, ZG40Mn, and ZG35Mn materials are used for sprocket depending on the model, size and working conditions. The surface hardness reaches HRC48-54 with minimum hardness depth between 5-10mm (HRC45) after the heat treatment process. The sprocket is able to operate even under harsh working conditions with long wear resistance and remarkably improved service life, leading to reduction of our customers' operating costs.
