AG / SAG Mill

Autogenous (AG) and semi autogenous (SAG) mills provide high capacity solutions in mineral processing plants by combining crushing & screening and coarse grinding circuits into a single stage. These systems offer energy efficient operation, reduce maintenance and repair costs, and prevent operational issues caused by clay rich ore during grinding. Run of mine (ROM) ore can often be fed directly to autogenous or semi autogenous mills following only a single stage of primary crushing, thereby eliminating all other upstream equipment. This not only improves occupational health and safety, but also reduces the cost of consumables such as liners and grinding media, while lowering overall energy consumption due to fewer machines in the circuit. In addition, the first domestically manufactured autogenous mill in Türkiye was produced by ERSEL and offered to the industry as a complete solution.
