COLD DRAWN BARS FOR CONVEYOR ROLLER SHAFTS

Cold Drawn Bar is made from SBQ (special bar quality) HR bar. It is drawn through a die reducing the cross-sectional area of the bar, giving it a smooth 'drawn' finish. Cold drawn bars have greater size accuracy, straightness and increase tensile and yield strength, as well as improved machinability. Our bar range is from 18mm to 62mm and with excellent precision, especially on the control of diameter tolerance. The diameter tolerance is according to the ISO286-2 and JS7.
