Box-Type Thin Oil Lubricated Linear Vibrating Screen

The TX-ZKX Box-Type Thin Oil Lubricated Linear Vibrating Screen is suitable for dewatering, desliming, demediating and grading of fine-grained materials in minerals with similar specific gravity, such as coal, mines, sand and gravel. The screen box of the vibrating screen is horizontal, supported by four sets of damping springs. Driven by a vibrator that forces two sets of equal-mass eccentric blocks to synchronize through a pair of gear meshes, it vibrates in a reciprocating linear trajectory along the direction of the vibration angle. The material jumps and throws on the vibrating screen surface, moving forward continuously, to complete particle size classification, dewatering and demediating operations.
