This machine is primarily used to reduce the moisture content in materials, improving the solid content by 8% to 35%. It washes the liquid impurities from the filter cake, enhancing the purity of the solid components in the filter residue. It also washes valuable components or removes harmful impurities from the filter cake, improves the solution in the filter cake, and increases the recovery rate of filtrate. The diaphragm filter plates offer two pressing options: air pressure and water pressure, with a pressing pressure range of 0.5-1.0 MPa. The frame uses hydraulic pressing, automatic control, automatic pressure maintenance, and program-controlled functions. All actions can be performed by simply controlling the buttons on the electric control cabinet. The machine is equipped with safety devices to ensure safe operation.
