HAVER & BOECKER INTEGRA® PACKING MACHINE

HAVER INTEGRA® is a fully automated packaging system designed for filling powder and granular products into 5 to 50 kg valved Kraft, polyethylene, and polypropylene bags. Depending on the product, filling capacities can range from 500 to 1,000 bags per hour. It also offers the possibility of adding filling nozzles to accommodate potential capacity increases. Its compact design allows for dust-free filling, especially when packaging products with high dust sensitivity. Empty bags placed in the bag magazine by the operator are automatically retrieved, filled, and then discharged via a conveyor belt. Positive air pressure created inside protects the products from external factors. An ultrasonic sealing option is available.
