Batıbant idler rollers are manufactured to ensure seamless material flow in conveyor systems within mining, cement, and heavy industrial plants. Thanks to a special labyrinth seal bearing system that provides dust and water resistance, our rollers offer long-lasting performance even in harsh operating environments. They contribute to energy savings through low rotational resistance (torque). Produced in standard diameters (89 mm, 108 mm, 133 mm, 159 mm) using pipes compliant with TS EN 10217-1 and according to DIN standards. Carrying, return, impact, and guide roller options are available.
