Triple Roller Crusher Our Triple Roller Crusher is a high-efficiency machine specifically engineered for the primary crushing of raw materials directly from the quarry. It reduces oversized and irregular feed material to a uniform product size below 80 mm, significantly enhancing the performance of downstream processes such as feeding, dosing, drying, and storage. The crusher is designed to operate reliably even with non-ferrous materials containing more than 20% moisture. It ensures stable and continuous performance when handling sticky and challenging feeds, while remaining suitable for materials up to 5 Mohs hardness. This robust design minimizes the risks of blockage, buildup, and bridging within the crushing chamber. The machine consists of two highly robust electro-welded housings connected by rib-reinforced plates, providing exceptional structural rigidity. This construction ensures maximum resistance and stability under the heavy loads and stresses generated during operation. To protect the crushing zone when processing highly abrasive materials, replaceable wear-resistant liners are available, extending the service life of critical components. An oil-bath-lubricated gearbox is mounted inside the sealed bedplate housing. The gears provide synchronized power transmission to each shaft and allow for multiple operating speeds, ensuring smooth, reliable, and efficient machine performance. The upper shaft is responsible for breaking the largest incoming blocks and preventing bridging or clogging inside the feeding hopper, guaranteeing continuous and consistent material flow. The two crushing shafts are equipped with wear-resistant hammers mounted on slotted steel plates. These shafts are synchronized and rotate in opposite directions at differential speeds, forcing the material through counter-aligned slots. This mechanism ensures highly efficient crushing and delivers excellent size-reduction results. With a wide range of configurations, adjustable crushing components, and application-specific rotor designs, the Triple Roller Crusher can be easily adapted to different process requirements. It offers production capacities of up to 400 t/h, providing maximum efficiency and reliability for a variety of industrial applications.
