Belt Scale

Tuna T-BS electronic belt scales are manufactured in three categories: T-BS500, T-BS1000, and T-BS2000. Tuna T-BS electronic belt scales measure the flow weight of material transported on a conveyor belt. Thanks to their practical installation, they provide a valuable data source for businesses, saving labor, time, and capital. Tuna T-BS Belt scales consist of an ECI-BS indicator, a bidirectional encoder integrated with load cells capable of reading speed, and a system control panel. With the ability to connect an external display screen, it provides the possibility to monitor the amount of material passing over the conveyor belt, instantaneous flow rate, and total volume. Instantaneous data can be archived daily, monthly, or at desired intervals via the Tuna Belt Scale Monitoring Program on a PC/computer. Archived data can be viewed graphically and provides reporting capabilities in Excel format.
