DRY TYPE FILTERS

Jet filters with a filtration surface area of ??5 m² - 7000 m² are designed and produced within our company. Jet pulse filter is an air pollution control device that separates particulate matter from air or gas. Filter bags made of polyester felt are used as filtering elements. System elements consist of screw conveyor, airlock, and centrifugal fan. It can be used with the cyclone unit depending on the system requirement. Jet filter unit works with 6 – 7 bar air pressure. Compressed air entering the system vibrates via a solenoid pulse valve with a remote electronic control card and ensures the cleaning of the filter elements. Filter design criteria is designed and projected depending on the: Dust type, Dust load, Physical and chemical properties of the dust Moisture or abrasiveness Industrial-type dry filtering elements are produced as bag or cartridge models. Filtering element is selected according to the requirements of the process.
