BAREX products can be manufactured in various diameter ranges and different chemical compositions based on customer requirements. Raw materials to be used in production are accepted only after undergoing strict incoming inspection procedures. Steel rods heated with an induction heating system are prepared for rolling with a homogeneous and fully controlled heat distribution. With the precision ball-rolling method, continuous and uniform fiber flow is ensured within the product. High-quality heat treatment is applied with full control over all processes, thanks to the temperature-controlled automation system. Through heat treatment, the internal structure and hardness of the material are brought to the desired level, ensuring consistently high durability in the products.
