Conveyor Roller

Belt conveyor impact rollers are comprised from a conveyor roller whose main body is steel, rubber coated impact discs absorbing shock in various dimensions, fixed with support rings in order to prevent slide of discs from edges. Conveyor impact rollers normally are used for absorbing loads to be absorbed in the sections corresponding to bottom of return bottom and so increase of protection against damage and breakdown to be occurred in the material transported. Carrying roller should be suitable with its diameter so that it does not make fluctuation on belt. It is manufactured fitting tight on steel roller through a special machine. They are fitted side by side along rollerDiscs are manufactured,pressing in suitable moulds from black rubber, in hardness of 65 ±5 Shore A in accordance with DIN 53479 norm. Akkayalar Conveyor uses product of Ereğli (Turkey) steel.
