TP Series Triplex Pumps are generally designed for pumping water and mud. They can be equipped in three different ways: with an electric motor, a diesel engine, or a hydraulic-driven motor. Spare parts such as ceramic cylinders, stainless steel valves, balls, and seals can be easily replaced. The three cylinders, made of steel-reinforced ceramic material, are resistant to corrosion and can be changed easily. The valves, which are ball-shaped, are made of stainless steel, while the valve seats are manufactured from tempered steel. The pump safety valve is adjusted to a pressure of 50 bar. If the system pressure exceeds this value, the safety valve activates, thereby protecting the pump housing against excessive pressure. The pump safety valve can also be adjusted to lower values as required. Pressure levels can be monitored with a manometer ranging from 0 to 100 bar.
