eDART s Pinch Valves are engineered to excel in challenging conditions involving tough slurries, both dry and wet abrasives, as well as corrosive chemical substances. These valves are designed to minimize maintenance requirements while delivering reliable performance. Notably, the 100% full bore design of these valves is identical to that of a rubber-lined pipe when fully open. eDART s internal dart valves are body-less valves suitable for installation within a slurry tank, cell, or box. There are two main variations: 1- Self-contained triDart valves are factory calibrated and installed as a single unit 2- iDart valves have a bolt-down seat cage with only a shaft extending down to the actuation unit Both types offer the stability and reliability advantages of design, where the plug is guided into the seat with supporting bars set out all around the plug.

The Single eDart is specifically designed to excel in precise level control of slurry, particularly in flotation banks. This valve variant features a single plug and seat arrangement within its body. Notably, the valve s adaptable orientation renders it highly suitable for retrofitting into existing plant setups. DUAL eDART The Dual eDart is an externally mounted dart valve designed to be affixed to the side of a flotation cell. This valve configuration has been strategically enhanced to accommodate fluctuating slurry flow by incorporating two plugs and seats within the valve body. This dual setup imparts the valve with notable rangeability and precise control capabilities.

eDART s process control primary sampler may be placed either in a pressurised or unpressurised line. The sample may then be directed to an On-Stream Analyser or a suitable poppet sampler variation for secondary sampling so a fixed volume may be taken to the lab. The highly reliable results of the eDART sampler systems yields high confidence that process control people can rely on. eDART s secondary process control samplers are variations on the established poppet sampler. A poppet sampler has a piston, with wear resistant seals, that pushes into the pressurised mainline, it pauses in the extended position to allow the chamber to fill and then it retracts to release the sample into a collection device at atmospheric pressure. These samplers are ideal for representative sampling over time.
