Adroit 420H is the smallest self-propelled wet shotcrete machine within the 4x4 group. Adroit 420H, can easily reach points in tunnels and mines that large machines fail to reach. Adroit 420H fully designed according to site conditions with a quite simple designs ensures the benefit of being maintained at the work site through the user. The rigid chassis has 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steering. Machines are fully equipped with telescopic boom system, rotation group, water & admixture pumps and tanks, energy cable reel, compressor on the platform. Standard pumping capacity is 22 m3/h.

Adroit 520AH is designed as basket platform which has a self propelled articulated frame. It is manufactured in compliance with EN280 Standards. It is driven by Deutz 103 kW Euro Stage III diesel engine and has Dana 4x4 hydrostatic drivetrain axle and transmission system. It has been reinforced with S.A.H.R brake system which has 40% gradient climbing. The machine which have all types of necessary safety systems such as stabilizer cylinders, automatic basket stabilization, momentum sensing and overload sensing, provides 5.8 m boom lifting and 7,8 m ceiling access with its 2 m x 2 m x 1,1 m basket size. It has the capacity of 1500 kg + 2 personnel when boom is fully closed and 500 kg + 2 personnel when boom is fully opened telescope position with the help of ±30° right - left and -15° / +65° down - up boom movements. It has the bearing capacity of 500 kg + 2 personnel while the boom is closed without using the stabilizer cylinders. Adroit 520AH, with its Level 2 FOPS and ROPS certified cabin, is ideal for the mines, metro tunnels and all underground operations in ventilation systems, electro-mechanical installations, injection and dynamite placing applications.

Adroit 016 DT is a shotcrete pump on crawler chasis with diesel engine. The machine have a concrete pumping capacity of 16m3/h. It is fully equipped with cable remote control for driving, concrete pump control and boom movements. The Adroit 016 series is an ideal solution for narrow profile tunnels not accessible by truck mounted pumps or 4x4 vehicles, and notably for open surface applications. The series is characterized with low rebound, coupled with low operating and maintenance costs. Thus, the Adroit 016 series has been one of the most preferred shotcrete machines in the construction sector. Unlike other stationary type shotcrete pumps, Adroit 016 series are equipped with a chassis mounted telescopic boom. Standard boom length is 7.5 mm and machine s boom lenght can be increased optionally.
