TOLU OK-I is a steel alloy that shows wear resistance performance above industry standards with its chemical components and production techniques. The problem of insufficient abrasive wear resistance performance of cast products, which is found in the existing material literature and offered to the market in the wear-free category, determined the starting point for the invention of the TOLU OK-I alloy. The main purpose of the invention is to introduce a steel structure for use in sectors where high wear problems occur. Parts to be produced by casting with TOLU OK-I alloy and production techniques provide serious savings in terms of part replacement time, loss of time and cost caused by production downtime, with increased wear resistance.
