The NUCTECHTM MS1200C Mineral Intelligent Sorting System is a full-auto intelligent mineral sorting equipment independently developed by NUCTECH. The system adopts X-ray Transmission Imaging Technology (XRT) to intelligently identify the lump coal in a certain particle size range and separate the gangue from them. With advanced array pressurized air ejection device, the system can sort high-speed moving gangues precisely. The system is featured with high sorting accuracy, large processing capacity, environmental friendliness, high stability and reliability, which can effectively replace the traditional coal separation methods, such as manual sorting , jigging, Dense Media Separation(DMS), etc., and reduce the operation cost of coal preparation plant. The system can also be used for the separation of non-metallic minerals such as coal-series kaolin rock, phosphate rock, fluorite, gemstone, etc.
The NUCTECHTM MS1200NF Mineral Intelligent Sorting System is a full-auto intelligent mineral sorting equipment independently developed by NUCTECH. The system combines X-ray Transmission Imaging Technology (XRT), Structured Light Imaging Technology, and NIR Imaging Technology to perform multi-technology fusion imaging and intelligently identify non-ferrous metal ores in a certain particle size range and separate high-grade metal ores from them. Equipped with advanced array pressurized air ejection device, the system can sort high-speed moving non-ferrous metal ores precisely, seperate large amounts of waste rocks and pre-concentrate original ores, thus reduce post-processing cost and improve economic benefits of mining enterprises. Having the features of high sorting accuracy, large processing capacity, environmental friendliness, and high stability and reliability, the system can also be used for the separation of non-ferrous metals such as lead zinc ore, tungsten, gold, silver, molybdenum, copper, nickeland lithium, etc.
