The two basic series of core drilling rigs, HD-70 and HD-90, are produced in the Hidroport Engineering production line. The HD-70 and HD-90 are meticulously studied machines to carry out efficient and trouble-free exploration operations in a wide variety of surface conditions. Thanks to its full range of equipment with advanced technology, it has the ability to move easily in difficult terrains. This wide range of equipment is the cornerstone of Hidroport Mühendislik s versatility and enables the production team to offer the most suitable drilling equipment for each project. AMCA valve blocks of the German Fluitronics company, of which Hidroport Engineering is the Turkey distributor, are used in main controls and movement. HD-70 and HD-90 hydraulic systems are selected according to customer demands and project requirements. In addition to AMCA valves, Rexroth, Kawasaki, Danfoss and Parker brand products are also used. German IVA JOHANN production IVA tracks are used in movement systems. HD-70 comes with a 12-ton IVA track, while HD-90 equipped with a 15-ton IVA track. Hidroport Engineering is also cooperating with IVA JOHANN GmbH company as the official distributor in Turkey. Braden or an equivalent counterpart is used for the main crane. This mainline winch is powered by a double speed, variable displacement Rexroth hydromotor. Hidroport Engineering core drilling rigs are manufactured in compliance with current occupational health and safety rules and are equipped with various environmental equipment that helps to increase safety measures in and around the drilling rig. Hidroport Engineering provides 24/7 service to its customers with its experienced technical staff, from supply of turnkey drilling rigs to maintenance, repair and technical services and spare parts supply.
