SPIRAL WASHERSPIRAL WASHER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Spiral washers introduce significantly less fine leakage into the system compared to similar equipment. They possess high capacity with low power consumption. Materials taken from the water pool is purified in water along the spiral leaves on the steel pipe and then discharged into the outlet chute. Maintenance costs have been minimized thanks to replaceable rubber liners on the spiral leaves. The rear bearings can operate in water and are designed with special felts to prevent water ingress. Special production roller bearings are used for durability in the drive part bearings. With a robust structure and a chain gear drive system they can operate smoothly for many years.

DEWATERING SCREENSDEWATERING SCREENS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Dewatering screens are screens capable of capturing fine products up to 150 microns thanks to their hydrocyclone and reverse incline operation. They are used to filter the water from the wet material coming from spiral, bucket and similar washers, and also to filter the water from wet materials ranging from 5 to 42 sizes fed to vertical shaft crushers. With fine mesh spacing and vibration evenly distributed across the body, the accumulated sand on the screen surface progresses downward without settling, resulting in loss-free and low-moisture product yield. This prevents fine sand from filling up water pools used in washing plants significantly contributing to operational costs. They require minimal maintenance. Polyurethane screen panels on the special steel cage are highly resistant to wearing. The moisture content of the product from the screens ranges from 11% to 18%. Dewatering screens with capacities ranging from 15 tons/hour to 250 tons/hour are available. In order to obtain high-quality products, dewatering screens are particularly preferred in sand washing plants, chrome concentrate plants, and copper and iron mining facilities.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Bunkers are the units where materials to be crushed or screened enter the system in Crushing, Screening, Washing, and Mining facilities. We manufacture bunkers ranging from 5m3 to 100 m3. They can be optionally produced with inclined grid and hydraulically tilting grid. Thanks to their robust construction bodies, they are products that can operate for many years without requiring maintenance. They hold significant importance as the initial entry point for the material to be processed at the facility.

HAMMER CRUSHERS / MILLSHAMMER CRUSHERS / MILLS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Hammer crushers/mills are used for both crushing and grinding non-abrasive minerals such as bentonite, barite, calcite, dolomite, limestone, and mosaic. They crush the material by impacting it against the liners on the opposite wall, thanks to the moving hammers inside. Rotating hammers take the product from inside the machine and strike it against the grates at high speed. This generates a high inertia moment ensuring thorough material fragmentation. Due to the grate structure at the bottom of the body, the material does not reach the outlet chute until it reaches the desired size. The particle size of the discharged material can be adjusted by changing the rotor speed and grate opening. It is a suitable and preferred type of machine for obtaining high-capacity fine products.

RAYMOND ROLLER MILLRAYMOND ROLLER MILL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Raymond roller mills are used for micronizing minerals. They are ideal mills for grinding minerals such as bentonite, barite, calcite, dolomite, limestone, mosaic and coal. Thanks to their robust structure and technological design, these mills can be used for many years. With the moving rotating balls inside the main body s ring, products can be obtained up to 40 microns in fineness. The material ground inside the mill is separated with the help of a high radial fan and a separator located within the mill and then pressed into the cyclone. Capacity varies depending on the type of minerals and their moisture content. Thanks to its quality product grinding system and capacity, it has become one of the sought-after machines in the industry.

BUCKET WASHERBUCKET WASHER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Bucket washers provide significant cleaning to their reservoir water capacity. With the helical collectors inside the machine, the material is washed from the water pool to the buckets minimizing the leakage of fine material. Their low energy consumption makes them preferred machines in the industry.

LOG WASHERLOG WASHER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Log washers are used prior to other washing equipment such as vibrating screens, spiral washers, bucket washers and dewatering screens to enhance the washing efficiency. They are preferred for removing soil, clay, and other unwanted substances from gravel and sand to be washed. Water and the material to be washed are fed into the machine and discharged together from the flow channel, thanks to the helical blades and wear-resistant pallets, transferring to the second washing unit. With their robust construction bodies and helices, they can wash gravel up to 45 mm.

Rotary valves are integral components of pneumatic conveying systems. They control the flow of various granular, grainy or powdery materials from places such as silos, bunkers, cyclones, filters and mixers. Rotary valves are used to prevent the airflow between areas where materials are received and discharged under the influence of pressure, vacuum or gravity. Rotary valves provide a consistent and stable output or feeding. They are manufactured in various sizes depending on the type and capacity of the material. Depending on their types and applications, they are also referred to as airlocks, star feeders, rotary valves and rotary disc feeders. They hold significant importance for the positioning and operation at facilities process applications.

CONVEYOR BELTCONVEYOR BELT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Conveyor belts are important transportation and conveying tools used for carrying solid materials over long distances within facilities. Manufactured with a robust construction and drive system, they can operate for long periods without requiring maintenance. Conveyor belts are manufactured in desired lengths with widths ranging from 500 to 1200 mm according to DIN standards. Tensioning systems are made according to the length of the belt either with a tail screw or a suspended drum. They operate at an average conveying angle. While different speeds are determined depending on the type and capacity of the material, the average operating speed is 1.5 m/s. Conveyor frames can be manufactured from sheet, pipe or U-profiles according to demands and working environments. Belt conveyors are widely used in various industries such as mining, construction, food, automation and logistics. Additionally, radial traveling belt conveyors are manufactured to use the stock area in the most efficient way.

JET PULSE FILTERJET PULSE FILTER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Jet Pulse Filters are fully automatic, highly efficient dust collectors. Due to the reverse air blowing system and the absence of moving parts inside, they can operate with very little maintenance for years. The filter unit is divided into two sections: the dirty gas chamber and the clean air chamber, separated by a perforated plate. The perforated plate contains evenly spaced holes where filter bags are mounted. These bags are supported by wire cages. Perforated blowing pipes are located above the rows of filter bags, and the pipes are connected to diaphragm valves. Diaphragm valves release compressed air to the bags at regular intervals via a timer, delivering a sudden shock to dislodge dust particles adhered to the bags. This process allows the cleaned bags to continue the filtration process. The dust that falls down is removed from the bottom bunker. Thus, besides capturing dust in the production process, the clean gas is expelled outside through the filtered exhaust fan.
