Processing more than 200 coolers with capacities ranging from 500tpd to 15,000tpd worldwide, from Japan to Colombia, FTI s Fons Delta Cooler stands out for its highest recovery efficiency, lowest electricity consumption and high reliability. FTI s experience in retrofitting existing coolers has set a world record, replacing 12,000tpd of clinker coolers in 22 days. The delivery time of the coolers has been shortened resulting from the special production/stock system in the production facilities. DAL ELECTRIC & AUTOMATION (DEA) is a company for electrical and automation projects including high and medium voltage substations and distribution, low voltage distribution and MCCs, lighting, process control systems, instrumentation, building automation, motors and drives, cabling and grounding. Serves as EPC contractor. DEA is an expert solution partner on Siemens process control system PCS7 and a certified solution partner on instrumentation and Simatic IT Historian. In its quest for continuous improvement, DEA developed its own EXPERT system this year, which is superior to other traditional expert systems.
