Çolakoğlu Makina founded in 1980 by Halil Çelikarslan, a Mechanical Engineer. In 1983, it continued its production with tea processing machines and marble processing machines. It started to manufacture equipment for the mining industry in 1994. It signed its first industrial contract with Çayeli Bakır A.Ş. In 2004, it established a business partnership with Outotec O.Y. from Finland. Çolakoğlu Makina became a Hardox Wearparts dealer in 2014 and its membership still continues. Çolakoğlu Makina has 2 factory areas of 6000 m² and 15000 m² in Trabzon-Arsin and Samsun-Kavak. Çolakoğlu R&D Center was established in 2018 and research and development activities and university-industry collaborations have been continuing. In the R&D Center, design, manufacturing, electrical-automation and test studies are carried out. In addition, equipment optimizations are carried out by performing solid particle flow analyzes and structural analyzes. Çolakoğlu Makina has ISO 90012015 Quality Management, ISO 140012015 Environmental Management, ISO 450012018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certificates, ISO 3834-2 Welded Manufacturing Competence Certificate and EN 1090 1&2 Technical Requirements for Steel Structure Certificates. In addition; it has 8 brands, 4 utility model products and 1 national patent certificate.
