Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is the largest road header R&D and manufacturing base in China. In the development process of more than 50 years, it has undertaken most of the national technical breakthrough projects involving road header. It has strong R & D capability and leading technology in China. It has developed more than 30 types of road headers, including light, medium and heavy ones, with cutting power of 160 kW-630 kW and cutting hardness of f6-f12, suitable for rapid tunneling of coal, half-coal rock and total rock roadways with cutting section of 8-58 m2. The road headers have the characteristics of low center of gravity, good stability of cutting, strong adaptability, small vibration of cutting, high strength of cutting pick, wear resistance, low loss, high efffciency of hydraulic system, complete electrical protection, high degree of automation, low cost of maintenance, etc. All the products reach the international advanced level or above. The road header products are sold to more than 300 coal mines in more than 20 provinces in China. A variety of models are sold to Canada, Russia, Ukraine, India, Laos and other countries, with a market share of over 30%.

Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd is the ffrst scientiffc and technological enterprise engaged in the research and development of explosion-proof trackless vehicles for coal mines in China, and also the largest R&D and production base of explosion-proof trackless vehicles in China. It provides trackless auxiliary transportation system solutions and complete equipment for mines with different geological conditions for personnel delivery, material transportation, and rapid moving of fully-mechanized mining faces. Boasting its 50 years experience in coal mining machinery, the Institute is quite familiar with the transportation condition of underground mines. Based on its independent intellectual property rights in EFI diesel engine, vehicle power matching, battery power drive, intelligent control and clean emission for explosion-proof vehicles and more than 200 invention patents, the products of the Institute deliver nationally, evenly internationally leading performance and constantly rank the top for its market share in China. Some of the models are even sold overseas. At present, the Institute owns over 30 explosion-proof trackless vehicle models under 7 series, namely personnel delivery vehicles, material transporters, rack carriers, shovel carriers, multi-purpose LHDs, special-purpose operation vehicles and battery vehicles. Over 10,000 sets of these vehicles are sold in total and widely used in major mining areas in China.

PZL460 series feeder crusher is suitable for short-wall mechanized coal mining and fast tunneling. The Room&Pillar mining of continuous miner is divided into two processes according to the different supporting transportation equipment. One is continuous transport + belt conveyor, and the other is coal conveyor (or shuttle) +feeder crusher + belt conveyor. The second process is suitable for medium stable roof; The ffoor is required to be stable, ffat and free of water, with a slope of less than 6 degrees near the horizontal coal seam, and the width of the roadway is required to be greater than 4 meters.

The system consists of a side highwall continuous miner, a multi-unit quick-connect tape transportation system, a walk-behind travel platform, a mobile unloading section, a remote control platform, an extraction ventilation and dust removal system, and a navigation and stability monitoring system, as shown in the figure below.

1. A narrow body with reliable performance makes the LHD ffexible and well-adapted; 2. The front end of the operating mechanism is provided with a quick replacement device to implement such functions as quick material loading and roadway trimming. The LHD is equipped together with various operating mechanisms like bucket, fork, and crane; 3. The LHD is of compact body design, with its body width of 1800 mm only, approximately 500 mm narrower than those of similar models, making the LHD well suitable for roadway conditions; 4. The transmission system of American DANA is adopted, full time 4WD, wheel-hub wet brake with high safety.

The wet dust removal system has the advantages of small equipment size, wide application range, convenient installation, easy maintenance, low installation cost and maintenance cost, etc. It is mainly for dust removal of coal roadways and half-coal rock roadways with low dust concentration. The system can be equipped with wall-mounted duct and other auxiliary dust collection means to further improve the dust collection efffciency of the dust remover and make it have better dust removal efffciency.
