Electrowinning CellEnables precious metals such as gold, silver and copper in the electrolytic solution to adhere to the cathode plates.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Precious metal ions are stored on the relevant plate with the help of anode and cathode plates arranged in the electrolysis cell. Linear flow in the solution is obtained with separator plates mounted inside the cell. Precious metals accumulated on the cathode plates provide the opportunity to be washed in the cell without being transferred to another tank. In this way, metal losses during transfer are prevented and a separate tank is not needed for the washing system.

Carbon Regeneration KilnAims to remove inorganic materials and renewing the activation capacity of carbons to hold up precious metals.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The presence of organic and inorganic substances in activated carbon prevents precious metals from adhering to the carbon surface. The inhibition of this property of carbon causes the metals in the solution returned in the process to not be recovered. As a result of the applied heat treatment, the organic and inorganic substances accumulated on the surface are burned and removed, and the carbon surface is reactivated so that it can interact with metals. Our carbon regeneration furnace, allows the carbon in ADR to regain its holding power for metals.

Heater Skid SystemProvides effective heating and cooling of the chemical solution used in the precious metal recovery process.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

In the ADR process, temperature and pressure are the factors that directly affect the precious metal recovery. Stable temperature and pressure play an important role for keeping recovery rate at the highest level. In order to keep the metal recovery from the precious metal- containing solution at the maximum level, the temperature is recovered with the help of a heat exchanger before the solution is sent to the heaters. It is aimed to keep the solution at maximum temperature by consuming minimum energy with the help of heat exchangers. Thanks to the necessary temperature and pressure assistance, the precious metals held by the carbon are released and transferred to the next process. In order to minimize heat loss, the returned solution is sent back to the heat exchangers to provide heat recovery for cold solution. The CH Solution Heater System®, raises the chemical-containing solution to high temperatures in a short time, shortens the process times and offers operations with maximum efficiency.
