Bilko is founded in 1997 as a R&D research company with the objective of developing new real time system components for CNC and PLC systems and also of realizing turn-key application projects for special machines and process control. Among the products that Bilko developed since many years, one can mention the LYNCA-CNC, the LYNCAD 2D CAD/CAM software and the LYNEST 2D nesting software as well as the RMC modular motion and logic control units. Bilko is specialized in metal sheet working machine s CNC control and CAD/CAM systems like for press brakes, shares, punch presses with many references. On request, Bilko R&D department develops specific CNC control systems including all the necessary HW equipments and the system SW. As the regional agent of CYBELEC Company, Bilko is supplying sales and efficient after sales services for press brake and shares numerical control units. Besides the CNC activities, Bilko is also involved in robotics with robot arm manipulators. Bilko provides specific robot arms for car industries (stamping pres lines automation) for plastic injection, glass, wood, packaging industries, supplies engineering services and tooling solutions including various vacuum cups, sensors and vacuum systems. The third activity area of Bilko concerns the RF data communications systems. This includes not only radio engineering with RF radio modems and specific antenna supply but also supplying armed tower or profile based antenna masts and related civil works. Bilko has also many references in this area. Beside the radio data communication systems Bilko is also manufacturing and supplying general purpose or specific telemetry and the telecontrol equipments. Bilko is one of the first Internet based industrial remote control application developing companies in Turkey. In that area Bilko is supplying very affordable dedicated turnkey remote control solutions for contractor companies. Thanks to its highly specialized and motivated staff Bilko is growing not only in local but also in export markets.
SATEL-EASy Pro+ is an IP67 classified UHF radio modem with a high power transmitter, wide tuning range (403 473 MHz) in one hardware and selectable channel spacing. Supported AES128 (by default) / AES256 (as an order option) encryption on radio channel increases the data security. Due to the high transmitting power, connection distances more than 80 kilometres can be covered in favourable conditions. SATEL-EASy Pro+ is compatible with widely used SATELLINE-EASy and SATEL-EASy+ product families too as well as some obsolete radio modem models, such like SATELLINE-4Pro, SATELLINE-3AS NMS and SATELLINE-3AS Epic NMS.
SATEL Proof-TR4+ / -TR9 is a heavy-duty radio modem. It has the IP69K rating, which is the highest protection available. It protects against ingress of dust, high temperature and high-pressure water. The product consists of this IP69K sealed housing and a radio module using either 403-473 MHz or the ISM licence-free frequency band 902 928 MHz . Heavy-duty solution for harsh environment SATEL Proof-TR4+ / -TR9 with IP69K-classification meets, for example, the requirements of machine control, smart farming and marine applications. It is a flexible and cost-effective solution that has profound electrical protection; both the power and data lines as well as the antenna interface are surge protected. It also has additional filtering on GNSS frequencies. The modem is compatible with SATELLINE-EASy, -TR1, -TR9 / SATEL-EASy+ / -TR+ / -TR49 / -TR489 based products as well as several other radio protocols.

SATEL Compact-Proof is an IP67 classified UHF radio modem for wireless data transfer. It has a 1 W transmitter, wide 90 MHz / 70 MHz tuning range (330 420 MHz / 403 473 MHz) in one hardware and selectable channel spacing. It is based on SATELLINE-EASy and provides a compact and flexible solution for a wide range of applications. It is particularly well suited for outdoor use, e.g. land surveying, under varying weather conditions. SATEL Compact-Proof can be ordered with rechargeable and replaceable battery. The lithium-ion battery provides a long-lasting performance and plenty of operating hours. The operating time in +25°C is more than 15 h (50% duty cycle@1 W). According to the IP67 standard, the casing and connectors of the SATEL Compact-Proof are waterproof and secured against dust. The radio modem is equipped with a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), used to indicate the current operating status (frequency, channel number, power level, voltage level, field strength), as well as for changing the setups of the radio modem.
SATEL EASy-Proof has IP69K sealed housing and connectors to ensure the functionality even under extremely harsh environmental conditions e.g. construction equipment, precision farming, all-terrain vehicles, automotive and marine. Compact size, wide (90 / 70 MHz) tuning and operating voltage (+7 +27.5 Vdc (-15% / +20%)) range combined with IP69K sealed housing and connectors make this device a perfect match to systems where the high-quality communication and the modularity are valued. 12.5, 20 and 25 kHz channel widths are software-selectable. The output power of 1W enables long connection distances. SATEL EASy-Proof is compatible with SATELLINE modems and supports GMSK based communication protocol.
