PRESS FILTERS Pres Filters are one of the oldest kind offilters. Its one of first designed dewatering equipments and this way its mostly used type of filter. With time, they can be run more practic, more restrained and full automatic with enormous technological developments. Pres Filters can be designed in three structure as chamber plate, membran plate and mixpack (chamber-membran) arrangement. They also can be produced in many kind of type and design as cake washed, air blowing, closed and opened discharge options according to different filtrate discharge options. They can applied every kind of capacity from 50mm to 15mm cake thickness in sizes from 2500x2500 mm to 450x450mm. High pressure plate opening system can be added to filters as optional other than full automatic plate opening system which exists in filters that has more than 25 plate. Pres Filters which produced with high technology and PLC controlled are designed to provide fast charge time, higher efficieny and lower cake humidity with special design.

THICKENERS Thickeners are used for low concentration materials to make their concentration higher and ready to filter them better. They also used to get back clean water. They are produced in many various size and diameters, used first in mine industry also many various sector. Full automatic scrapper mechanism in thickeners makes scrapper system turning periodically, also makes scrapper moving up and down automatically till specific distance and keeps all system more controlled and durable.

VACUUM DISC FILTERS Vacuum Disk Filters are same as principle with Vacuum Drum Filters and used for same kind of products. Vacuum Disk Filters are kind of continuously running filters and their most important advantage is can be manufactured for very high capacity and occupy place less than Vacuum Drum Filters. VACUUM DRUM FILTERS This type of filter is most commonly used filter and can be used for many various industry and products in vacuum filters. Filtration surfaces changes between 4,5 m2 and 66 m2 of vacuum drum filters that can be produced from carbon steel and stainless steel materials.Vacuum drum filters are most preferred in mine and chemical industry and most important feature of this filters is they are kind of continuous working filters. VACUUM BELT FILTERS Vacuum Drum Belt Filters are very special and has limited area of usage. Vacuum Drum Belt Filters that usually used on food industry are kind of filters continuously running and discharge its own created cake with special filter fabric on it.
