Mining Türkiye 2024 Fair Draws Great Interest in the Industry
The International Mining, Tunnelling, Machinery Equipment and Heavy Equipment Fair brought together industry professionals at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center on May 02-05, 2024. By gathering hundreds of exhibitors and visitors under the same roof, the fair hosted significant business connections.Broad Participation and Great Interest
The fair enabled 710 companies and company representatives to meet leading names of the industry. Visited by 22,092 people, the fair has become an essential platform for those interested in following up the current affairs in the mining industry.
The visitors enjoyed, once again, the advantage of accessing everything connected with the world of mining, from drilling machinery and equipment to cutting-loading-transporting machines and equipment, from geological survey equipment to drilling machinery and equipment, as well as grinding-crushing-screening-sorting machinery equipment and chemical enrichment materials and equipment, occupational health & safety equipment, and finally generators, electric motors and transformers, under a single roof, on an area of 48,000 square meters.
Commerce spread over a wide geography
Among the professionals who visited the Mining Türkiye Fair, 25% were from the European countries, 25% from Asia and Oceania, 23% from African countries, 11% from the Middle East, 9% from the Balkans and 7% from North and South America. With its great trade volume spread over a vast geography, buyers from 85 countries in total had the opportunity to gather products and services under a single roof.
The opportunity to both expand business network and acquire information
In addition to the business connections established during the fair, two (2) panels were held to address significant issues in the mining industry. Both visitors and exhibitors showed great interest in the panels titled "Critical Minerals" and "Sustainable Mining", held on May 3, 2024 - the second day of the fair.
Mining Industry Looking Forward to 2026
In the wake of the successful fair of 2024, the industry started looking forward to May 06-09, 2026. Exhibitor companies have already marked the date on their calendars.
